ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Your name, email address, username, password, date of birth, gender, weight, height and in some situations, your cell phone number are all necessary in order to create an account. You only need to provide this data in order to open an account with us. Other forms of information, such a profile photo, information about your home country, and a community username, are all options.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You may decide to give us more information, such as your logs for tracking your weight, diet, Blood Pressure, Oxygen level, Sleep, Hydration, or Female health; an alarm; and messages on discussion boards or to your friends, families on the Services, in order to enhance your experience or enable particular features of the Services.

You can also ask friends who are not yet members to connect with you on the Services or connect with them already, By entering their email addresses, gaining access to their social networking accounts, or utilizing the contact list on your mobile device, Your contact list is deleted after being used to add contacts as friends and is not stored by us.

We gather the data you provide, including your name, contact information, and message, when you contact us or take part in a survey, contest, or any type of campaign.

INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES

Data collected & recorded by the application and Gnock Smartwatch:-

When you synchronize data from the device using Da Fit, JYouPro APP, we capture personal information such as activity information, your sleep pattern, heart rate information, oxygen saturation (SpO2), weight, impedance value, distance, pace, and workout time.

Calls & SMS related Information

Da Fit APP will receive the call, SMS, and address book-related data when you enable the call and SMS notification feature. Your calls, text message, address book, and other pertinent data may be synchronized and cab be used with your consent to display information on the wristband, watch, and other devices, but Da Fit does not keep this information.

Mobile phone information

While you use Da Fit & JYouPro APP, we need to get information about your mobile phone’s brand, model, operating system, hardware identification (such as the IMEI or IDFA), system time, and alarm clock.

DEVICE & NETWORK INFORMATION

Your device collects data to estimate a variety of metrics like the number of steps you take, your distance travelled, calories burned, weight, heart rate, sleep stages, active minutes and location. The data collected varies depending on which device you use. Learn more about the features of our various devices and how you can use MobileTrack. When your device syncs with our applications or software, data recorded on your device is transferred from your device to our servers.

We might additionally gather network type, network signals, etc. relevant to a specific function of JYouPro & Da Fit APP.

MUSIC RELATED INFORMATION

When you activate the music control feature, we will synchronize music data from your mobile phone, including song name, playing status, and volume, to the device. We do not save this information; it is only displayed on the device.

GEOLOCATION INFORMATION

Features of the Services use precise geo-location information from sources including GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points, and mobile IDs. If you allow us to access your location, we will gather this kind of information. You can always disable our access using the settings on your Gnock device or mobile device. Your IP address may also allow us to determine a general location for you.

YOU AGREE TO SHARE INFORMATION WHEN USING APPLICATION FEATURES

The activity objectives, weight goals, and heart rate reminders you enter will be gathered if you have established goals and heart rate reminders in Da Fit & JYouPro APP, so that you can be informed or forewarned when the goals are attained. If you decide to use the Women’s Health function, information about your physical and emotional state before and during your period will be gathered, as well as the number of days your period lasts, the number of days between the start of your period, the start date of your most recent period, and the start date and end date of your period submitted for each time you use the function. You can also upload your own customized pictures to design or create your own dial image, the image you upload will be collected by us for your dial background.

Calculate exercise and fitness outcomes:-

We will use personal physical data and/or device recorded data to calculate exercise and fitness results for display to you in the APP and/or device, such as: BMI, PAI, muscle, body fat, water, protein, basal metabolism, visceral fat, bone mass, body size, body age, stress condition, calorie consumption, maximum oxygen uptake, training effect, training load, recovery time, blood oxygen saturation.

Physical condition analysis:-

We will give you an analysis of your physical state for your reference based on the personal information you submit and the data captured by the gadget. Providing you with an optimal weight range, for instance, as a guide to display your daily pressure numbers, trends, and/or your present pressure data.

To provide Dafit & JYouPro services. The user will see the data that was captured in the device after it has been synchronized with JYouPro, Da Fit and the pertinent device.

Display incoming calls Information:-

When you receive an incoming call or text message, the devices that support this function display the call or text message data.

Display music information:

When you use the music control function, music information (for example, song name, song playing status, and volume) is displayed on some devices that support this function.

Determine if the phone is supported. The information associated with the phone will be used to determine whether your phone can use Da Fit.

Provide alarm clock reminding function: We will collect your mobile phone alarm clock information, when you enable the mobile phone alarm clock reminding, timely through the vibration of the device to remind you.

Bluetooth photography:

You can control the photography of your phone through some devices that support this feature. To do this, the device will be Bluetooth paired with the phone so that it can be used to control photography, and during the Bluetooth pairing process, it will also apply for Bluetooth access to the phone.

Provide Women’s Health features:

When you choose to use the Women’s Health feature, you can record and view information related to your menstrual period on some supported devices or in Da Fit; We will predict your menstrual period and remind you according to the information you fill in. We may also recommend appropriate training courses for you according to your menstrual time and your physical condition during menstruation.

Display of sleep information: We will calculate and analyze your sleep conditions using the data recorded by your personal body data and devices for displaying to you in Da Fit, such as sleep score, sleep duration, rapid eye movement sleep stage (REM), sleep duration distribution, sleep breathing quality.

Provide heart health monitoring function:

Some devices support heart health monitoring function. If you choose to enable this function, we may collect your heart rate information to show your heart rate status for you, so that when we find data changes, we can remind the device and show you in the device and Da Fit/JYouPro.

Provide network related services. Based on different network types, network signals and other information, Da Fit will inform users of the traffic required to download sports-related videos and determine whether there is a new version of JYouPro/Da Fit that can be updated.

Statistical analysis:

We will carry out statistical analysis of our services or equipment, and may share such statistical data with the public or third parties to show the usage trend of our products or services, optimize our products and services, show you rankings, PK friends, etc., for example, by counting your steps, show you the results that are relevant to you (such as users in the same region), But these statistics do not contain any identifying information about you.

Cookies and other technologies

What data do we collect and how do we use it? Gnock sample and third party service providers have the use of cookies, labels and scripts and other technologies. These technologies are used to analyze trends, manage websites, track website user dynamics, and collect demographic data about our overall user base. We will receive individual and collective reports on the use of the above technologies.

Record files: As many websites do, we collect certain data and store it in record files.
