Returns Policy:
Thank you for purchasing our products at Gnock.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Please note:- During the holiday period, products purchased between 15 December-22 to 05 Jan 2023, can be returned until 31-Jan-2023.
Returning Faulty Products:-
Our return & refund policy do not limit other rights and remedies you may have under law such as the Australian Consumer Law, including in respect of faulty products and free replacement.
Replacement Policy:-
You can raise a replacement request through our Online portal if your replacement meets certain criteria.
Which products are eligible for a free replacement?
If you receive an damaged,defective or not as expected, you can request a replacement via our Online portal or you can email us, if the product;
Was shipped to an address in Australia,
Was sold and fulfilled by Gnock,
Is still in stock with Gnock,
If the Product is not currently in stock with Gnock, you can return the Product for a refund, please contact us.
What are the conditions for Free Replacement?
Products within return timeline and in stock (exact same the Product) are eligible for free replacement if:
Product received is physically damaged
Product received is defective or does not work properly
Product received has missing parts or accessories
How long do I have to return my original Product?
Please return your original Product within 14 days of requesting the replacement to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement Product.
Change of Mind-Return Policy:-
In addition to your existing Australian Consumer Law rights , you may return unused and unopened Products fulfilled by Gnock Australia within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund, if you change your mind subject to meet below conditions-
Original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. This Change of Mind Return Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty Products.
Conditions For Change of mind returns:-
All the Products being returned for change of mind must be returned in the same condition in which you received the Products.
This means that, for change of mind product returns:
New Products must be returned undamaged,unused and unworn;
Products sold in Used and Renewed condition must not have any additional signs of use or damage,
All Products must not be damaged or missing part or in unsellable condition because of customer negligency or misuse,
All Products must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery,
Packaging must be unopened and sealed pack,
Gnock is not required to accept change of mind returns Products outside the specified return timeline or change of mind returns of Products that do not comply with this change of mind returns policy.
These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to products that are returned because they are faulty.

When you return the Product you are eligible for a refund, however refund may differ based on a number of factors, including how long you have had the products, how the products was purchased and the reason for the return.
