<Limited Product Warranty>
PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR NEW PRODUCTS
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Gnock Lifestyle. This Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased from Gnock.
What does this limited warranty cover?
Gnock warrants to the original buyer/purchaser, the Gnock products that are new (the “New Product(s)”) shall be free from software or its functional defects & workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 months from the date of your purchase.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Gnock will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
POSIBILITY OF REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
GNOCK includes multiple integrated components for which repairs, like cracked screen or faulty battery, may not be possible and repair facility may not be available for your products. Therefore, products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of equivalent type instead being repaired.
In such cases, Repair or replacement of products which are capable of retaining user owned and user generated data may loss their data. It is purchasers/buyer’s responsibility to take backup of their data or transfer their data to their person device or erase them before sending it to Gnock and you agree that Gnock is not responsible for any loss, use, or disclosure of any personal data that is on the product/device.
What will we do to correct problems?
We will replace the faulty product with no charge, subject to meet the return & replacement policy. https://gnock.com.au/refund_returns/. You may or may not need to pay the minimum & standard shipping charges for your replacement for the product subject to meet refund-return policy.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION OF THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
The above limitations may not apply to you if your jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties.
LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES
GNOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT SPECIAL, OR LOSS OF PROFIT, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DATA OR REVENUE, AND RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORIES.EVEN IF GNOCK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
